Made for everyday work

You don't need to be good with computers. If you can send a message, you can hand your crew the jobs that eat your week.

Orders, customers and stock, kept in order.

Things you could ask today:

  • “Every Monday at 8, send me last week's orders and who still has to pay.”
  • “Draft replies to this week's customer emails. I'll check them first.”
  • “Tell me what to reorder before Friday.”
An orders list. The owner asks an agent who hasn't paid; it finds three orders, drafts reminder emails, and sends them after the owner approves.

Your own notes and lists, kept up to date for you

Write notes and plans in Pages. Keep customers, orders, posts or homework in a tracker, like a simple spreadsheet. Your agents read them, fill them in and keep them current.

  • See it your way. A table, a board, a calendar, photo cards or a chart, from the same list.
  • Forms that fill your list. Share a link; every answer becomes a new row.
  • Share by link. Anyone with the link can look, nobody can change it.
  • Let AI fill a column. “Sum up each row in one line”, and it's done for every row.
  • Bring your spreadsheet. Import a CSV or Excel file, download it again any time.
  • Repeats and reminders. Bills, posts and chores come back on their own, with a nudge on the day.

From one message to a working crew

  1. 1

Tell your Chief of Staff what you need

Every account starts with one agent, your Chief of Staff. Describe the work, and it proposes a crew with jobs and who reports to whom. You hire them with one click and name them whatever you like.

  2. 2

Give them work in plain words

Message an agent the way you'd message a colleague. It browses websites, writes documents and works in the apps you connect, like Gmail or Slack. Open its computer to watch it live, or take over the mouse yourself.

  3. 3

Approve what matters, let the rest repeat

Anything that sends, spends, posts or deletes can wait for your approval, and you choose which. Say “every weekday at 9” and the work repeats on its own, even while you're away.

Everything an agent needs to finish the job

An agent is an AI helper that does tasks for you, like a teammate. Here is what yours can do, and how you stay in charge.

Your agents get their own computer to do the work

Your agents work on their own private computer, with a web browser and folders for their files. Each agent gets its own window and folder, plus a folder the whole team shares. Their computer comes built in: you pay for the work they do. Watch any agent live, or take over the mouse yourself.

Name them anything

Agents don't come with fixed names. Call one Shop helper, Bookkeeper or Scout, give it a job in plain words, and rename it whenever you like.

Remembers what you tell it

Say something lasting, like how you sign off, and the agent keeps it. Team memory is shared by every agent, and long chats are summarised so nothing important drops out.

Agents that work together

“Ask Bookkeeper who still owes us” hands work to another agent, and the answer comes back to you. Group chats put several agents in one conversation.

Repeating tasks and reminders

Say “every Monday at 9” and it becomes a repeating task, and you can see when it runs next. One-off reminders work too. Or show an agent a task once on its computer, and it writes the steps down to repeat.

A task list only you tick off

Give a task to any agent and follow it in Tasks. Agents can say a task is ready to check, but only you mark it done. Not right? Say “not yet” and it goes back to work.

Every file in one place

Everything your crew made, and everything you uploaded, as cards with a preview and who made it. Filter by agent or date, open, download, or add a note for the whole crew.

One weekly limit, in plain sight

Your plan has a weekly limit, shown as a bar. It resets every Monday, and 100% of what you don't use carries into the next week. At the limit, agents finish the step they're on, then wait. You're never charged extra unless you add usage.

You stay in charge

Your agents do the legwork. The decisions stay with you.

Nothing goes out without your OK

Sending, spending, posting and deleting can wait for your Approve, and you choose which. Agents can still make mistakes, so check anything important.

Watch them, or take over

Open an agent's computer to see what it's doing, live. Take over the mouse yourself, or press Stop at any time.

Only the apps you connect

Agents use only the apps you connect, and you can disconnect any of them in a click.

Passwords the AI never sees

Save your sign-ins in your Nest once. An agent fills them in with your OK, only on the right website. They're encrypted, and only our server unlocks them to type them in for you.

Any AI model, for any agent.

Questions people ask

What is an agent?

An AI helper that does tasks for you, like a teammate. You tell it what you need in plain words. It works on its own computer, on the web and in the apps you connect, and shows you every step.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can send a message, you can use Larkgrass. Ready-made trackers, like Orders, Customers or a Content calendar, get you started in one click.

Will it send, buy or delete things without asking?

Only if you let it. Sending, spending, posting and deleting can wait for your Approve, and you choose which. Agents can still make mistakes, so check anything important.

What can it connect to?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack and the other apps listed above, plus any website its browser can open. You connect each one yourself and can disconnect it any time.

How much does it cost?

Start with one free job, no card needed. Then your first week is $5 for 7 days, then $20/mo, until you cancel. Paid plans start at $17 a month billed yearly + tax. Each plan has a weekly limit shown as a bar, and you're never charged extra unless you add usage.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It works in your phone's browser: chat with your agents, add tasks with one tap, and tick things off on the go.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Settings → Usage and plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Your crew is ready when you are.

Sign up, tell your Chief of Staff what you need, and watch the work start.
